The issue with my teeth is that they are not on a straight line (top teeth) and are in very bad shape

Please have a look at the attached picture and let me know what you think would be a good solution and how much time would it take

Please feel free to reply in Arabic as I can read and typr in Arabic but my computer is only English literate
